Prestige Aviation History

In January, 1990, Prestige Aviation was founded to provide pilot services to business aircraft owners. In January, 1994, Prestige Aviation was incorporated in the State of Ohio. The main goal of this company was to offer pilot services and inexpensive air charter to small and medium sized businesses.

On June 27, 1994, we were issued Air Carrier Operating certificate number MKFA166T under Part 135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. This is the air charter certificate.

Our first airplane was a Beech B-58 Baron. This plane seats five passengers and one pilot. In June of 1998, we added a 1979 Piper Navajo Chieftain. This is a seven passenger, cabin-class airplane. It immediately became very popular with new and existing customers.

In conjunction with our charter business, we also broker jet and turboprop flights in order to provide a full service, one-stop shop for our customers. We have established a network of charter operators around the country that allows us to provide charter service for any size group, in virtually any size aircraft, to fit the customer's needs.

In March, 2006, the emphasis of our business changed to strictly charter brokerage.  Although we no longer operate our own planes, because of our experience in the marketplace, we are able to offer our customers the best choices available for their particular trip.
